Plus, you'll develop your core skills in climbing, mountaineering and paddling.**Year 2** - You'll develop and hone critical thinking skills, as well as, gaining more theory and practice in the role as an outdoor leader, including looking at biological, physiological and psychological systems.**Year 3** - You have the flexibility to shape your degree according to your own interests and career goals. This will be enhanced further when you get to conduct your own research for a final year dissertation within the broad field of outdoor leadership.You will be well-suited to a career in the outdoor industry, gaining a transferable skill set that will make you invaluable amongst employers.
